In the event of any inconsistency between these website terms and your signed building contract, the formal building contract will always prevail.
Any initial estimates, site feasibility studies, or land banking advice provided prior to a formal contract are indicative only. Final costs, project timelines, and development scopes will be finalised during our "Design & Planning" stage and clearly outlined in your formal quote and contract.
We understand that your vision may evolve during the build. Any changes to the design, materials, or scope of work after a construction contract is signed must be documented and agreed upon in writing as a formal variation, in accordance with Australian residential building regulations.
Payments for construction and renovation projects are not processed through this website. Payment schedules will be strictly defined in your individual building contract and will operate on a structured progress-payment basis aligned with key construction milestones.

Our projects are covered by all mandatory statutory warranties and home building compensation cover required by Australian law.
